This is the last of a series of paintings on a subject that continues to be a mystery to me. We've had this bottle in the house for ages and I'm still not sure what it is. Some people tell me it's an Alembic distiller, others have said it is an Ether bubbler. Nonetheless, I chose it for the complexity of its surface along with the endless possibilites it provides.

Like the Tao, art is like a mirror. Each person sees himself in it. If it looks like a bong to you .... :)

Untitled by ~isapilapil in my years as a painter, learned that painting glass is a very painful process, as you have to be extremely sensitive to light refractions and the shapes that they generate. this painting shows just that. within the glass structures, there are worlds of detail that show what can go into it. take a look. (Suggested by ~Amaria and Featured by `alphaosiris)

i´ve seen it. :D
i also get confused sometimes after submitting a comment. appearently it was sent, but after reloading of the page it failed to show up. be patient!
dependent of the current traffic (which is often high!!!!) there are some delays in delivering of notes. be patient! reload the page after 10 minutes once more, and the message will show up. in most cases anywhere....

i spose i like tis oneso much becuase its sucha delicate picture - i dont think delicat is the word but thats how ihave descibed it and for meit fits the best :)

great painting! Not much to say about it, it's just perfect and so beautiful. Everything is absolutely amazing: the lighting, the shading, the colours, etc...
