Untitled by ~isapilapil in my years as a painter, learned that painting glass is a very painful process, as you have to be extremely sensitive to light refractions and the shapes that they generate. this painting shows just that. within the glass structures, there are worlds of detail that show what can go into it. take a look.

This is the last of a series of paintings on a subject that continues to be a mystery to me. We've had this bottle in the house for ages and I'm still not sure what it is. Some people tell me it's an Alembic distiller, others have said it is an Ether bubbler. Nonetheless, I chose it for the complexity of its surface along with the endless possibilites it provides.

Like the Tao, art is like a mirror. Each person sees himself in it. If it looks like a bong to you .... :)
